Account Manager

We are seeking a results-driven and client-focused Account Manager to join our client’s dynamic team in Dubai. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of our services. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving innovation and positive change.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and escalations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients.
  1. Business Development:
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and relationship building.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet client needs.
  1. Project Oversight:
  • Ensure the successful delivery of services to clients, managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with project teams to address client feedback, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to clients on progress and milestones.
  1. Market Insights and Analysis:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze client feedback and market insights to identify opportunities for service improvement and innovation.
  • Provide recommendations to leadership on potential areas for growth and expansion.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within the innovation, consulting, or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Residency in Dubai is required.


  • Competitive salary up to 16,000 AED per month.
