Audit Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Compliance Audits: Plan and lead audits to assess surveillance systems according to SIRA standards, regulatory requirements, and internal security policies.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify and evaluate risks and threats in inspection sites.
  • Audit Planning: Develop comprehensive audit plans, methodologies, and schedules for security compliance assessments.
  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of Audit Engineers, ensuring effective and efficient audits on sites.
  • Documentation: Maintain thorough and accurate audit documentation, including findings, recommendations, and evidence of compliance or non-compliance.
  • Communication: Report audit findings and compliance issues to senior management and relevant departments. Provide clear and actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Policy Development: Develop, update, and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines for the Surveillance Auditing Department.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest security regulations, laws, standards, and best practices to ensure audits align with current requirements and communicate with the team.
  • Awareness Training: Provide security surveillance awareness training and education to teams to enhance their understanding of security protocols and compliance requirements.
  • Continuous Monitoring: Check audit reports to detect and prevent security breaches and compliance violations.
  • Audit Follow-Up: Supervise the execution of security surveillance audits to ensure their effective operation.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and consistency of audit processes, including adherence to security audit standards and best practices.
  • Ethical Conduct: Promote a culture of ethics and integrity within the team, emphasizing the importance of security compliance.
  • Mentoring and Coaching: Mentor and coach new Team Leaders with less experience, ensuring a full understanding of their role, responsibilities, and awareness of best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in security management or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in security surveillance, audit, or related fields.
  • Experience in auditing and compliance with security standards and regulations is highly valuable.
  • Familiarity with various security technologies and surveillance systems is crucial.
  • Ability to execute all assigned tasks from management with a high degree of professionalism and excellence.
  • Emirati Nationals Preferred.
