Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion of our joinery and furniture projects division in the KSA market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the construction industry, specifically in large-scale joinery and furniture projects.


Market Analysis and Strategy Development:

    • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the joinery and furniture projects sector in KSA.
    • Develop strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand our client base.
    • Analyze competitors and industry benchmarks to maintain a competitive edge.

    Client Relationship Management:

      • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, contractors, and decision-makers in the industry.
      • Identify client needs and propose tailored joinery and furniture solutions to meet project requirements.
      • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
      • Project Identification and Proposal Development:
        • Identify potential projects and opportunities for joinery and furniture contracts in collaboration with the project management team.
        • Prepare and present comprehensive proposals and bids to prospective clients, highlighting our capabilities, value proposition, and competitive pricing.
        • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business while maximizing profitability.

        Collaboration and Coordination:

          • Work closely with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution from concept to completion.
          • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align business development efforts with company objectives and priorities.
          • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture within the business development team.

          Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

            • Track sales performance metrics, including revenue targets, conversion rates, and pipeline development.
            • Generate regular reports and updates for senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
            • Implement corrective actions and adjustments to strategies as needed to achieve business objectives.


            • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
            • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or project management within the construction industry, with a focus on joinery and furniture projects.
            • Proven track record of successfully identifying and securing large-scale projects in the KSA market.
            • Strong understanding of joinery and furniture manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards.
            • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
            • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
            • Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
