Job Description: Recruitment Specialist (Bilingual – Arabic & English)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Recruitment Specialist fluent in both Arabic and English to join our client’s dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of recruitment best practices in the UAE market.

Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:

    • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
    • Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for specific job roles.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and onboarding support.

    Candidate Engagement and Experience:

      • Serve as a brand ambassador for our organization, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
      • Communicate effectively with candidates, providing guidance, support, and relevant information about job opportunities and the recruitment process.
      • Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience from application submission to placement and beyond.

      Market Research and Analysis:

        • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices in Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE market.
        • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in our recruitment strategies and processes.

        Administrative Support and Documentation:

          • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, recruitment activities, and client interactions using our internal systems and databases.
          • Prepare and review recruitment-related documentation, including job descriptions, offer letters, contracts, and other relevant materials.

          Qualifications:

          • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
          • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR roles, preferably in the UAE market.
          • Fluency in both Arabic and English languages (spoken and written) is essential.
          • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS).
          • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
          • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
          • Professional certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., CIPD, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus.
